At Spraymax, we take product quality and hygiene seriously.

Returns

We do not accept returns on any orders. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable in the rare case where:

• The product arrives damaged, defective, or corrupted at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging as proof

Once verified, we will process a refund or replacement, as applicable.

Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect usage

• Minor packaging wear during transit that does not affect the product

• Requests raised after the specified time window
